I always knew what I wanted. When I return to the Czech Republic,
I will open a restaurant where they serve burgers according to my
vision. And then I'll eat them.
Over the years of working in gastronomy, I've prepared and eaten
thousands of burger, and with each one, I've thought about how it
could be better. I've fine-tuned everything from the recipe for
the bun to the style of grinding the meat, and slowly but surely,
I've dreamed up these few burgers that are one hundred percent
perfected. The first guests then inspired me to create a meatless
burger.
In the bakery around the corner, we bake fresh buns every day
according to our own refined recipe. We have incredible meat that
melts in your mouth, and several carefully selected ingredients
that perfectly complement its flavor. We also care about the
environment, so you won't get our burger in a damp plastic box,
but beautifully warmed, wrapped in paper.
In short, I want to make you the best burger as if I were making
it for myself. Now all that's left is to find out if I'm not just
talking.

sauces, and much more.
No English speaking classes available at the moment. Will have one or two in the future.

We only accept reservations for groups of 4 or more people. For smaller groups, we operate on a walk-in policy.
